2. About FundForPro
FundForPro is a commercial funding broker, not a lender. We do not provide financing directly. We facilitate introductions between U.S. business owners and independent third-party funding providers. We are not a party to any funding agreement between you and a third-party provider.
3. No Guarantee of Funding
Submitting information through our Site does not constitute a loan application and does not guarantee approval, a specific funding amount, or specific terms. All funding decisions are made solely by independent third-party providers at their discretion. FundForPro makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood, availability, or terms of any funding offer.
4. Eligibility
To use this Site and submit our forms, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be operating a legitimate, legally registered U.S. business.
- Have authority to bind your business to any resulting agreements.
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all form submissions.
5. User Representations
By submitting information through our Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You are authorized to submit your business's financial and operational information.
- You are not submitting information on behalf of any person or entity with the intent to defraud.
- You have read and agreed to the consent language displayed at the time of submission regarding phone and text contact.
6. Communications Consent
By checking the consent box in our form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to be contacted by FundForPro and/or its network partners by phone call or text message (including automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages where applicable) at the number provided, for the purpose of discussing funding options. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of FundForPro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. FundForPro has no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNDFORPRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FundForPro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which FundForPro is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@fundforpro.com to attempt informal resolution. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your written notice.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FundForPro with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
