- Business information: Business name (optional), average monthly revenue, time in business, and desired funding amount.

We also automatically collect certain technical data when you visit our site:

- Page URL at time of submission
- Submission timestamp
We do not collect Social Security Numbers, credit card numbers, bank account details, or credit scores at any point in our process.

4. How We Share Your Information
To facilitate potential funding matches, we may share the information you submit with independent third-party funding providers in our network. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own data practices. We require that they use your information only for the purpose of evaluating and presenting funding offers to you.
We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

By submitting our form and checking the consent box, you expressly authorize FundForPro and its network partners to contact you by phone call or text message at the number you provided, using automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages where applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of receiving funding or any service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or calling us at (469) 587-6963.
6. Data Retention
We retain submission records for up to 36 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support@fundforpro.com.
7. Data Security
All form submissions are transmitted using HTTPS encryption. Data is stored in a restricted-access Google Workspace environment. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of that information.
- Opt out of future contact.
